STEP 1:
Our sales team will identify & evaluate the project.
Customer will release the samples or drawings with ZZIPCO signed NDA.
STEP 2:
We will provide the detail quotation & terms in 10 business days (more or less dependent upon project size).
STEP 3:
Upon customer acceptance of quotation,customer will issue a PO for samples and tooling (if applicable) for first article approval. ZZIPCO requests 50% down payment of tooling if tooling fee is over $5000.00.
NO risk for customer :ZZIPCO will refund tooling & sample fees if the samples do not meet customer’s specification.
STEP 4:
ZZIPCO will deliver the samples with material certification, inspection,package report for customer’s first article approval within 60 days (more or less dependent upon project size).
STEP 5: Upon customer acceptance of the samples,customer will issue a blanket PO with specific delivery release dates or with agreed inventory release program with ZZIPCO.
STEP 6:
ZZIPCO will provide package specs & drawings for customer approval. ZZIPCO will deliver the products at ZZIPCO warehouse in 100 Days after receipt of the PO.
STEP 7:
Customer will receive the product per the release dates on PO or enjoy the ZZIPCO inventory program “pull as it is needed”with zero lead time after the very first delivery.
STEP 8:
ZZIPCO will do supply chain management for our customers.Worry-free for our customers,we guarantee the inventory and on time delivery.
STEP 9:
Zero risk for customer with 30 days payment term (after approval).Customer would not be liable for the payment if products do not meet quality spec per approved samples.
